Luk consults in the CBD, Richmond, Clayton, Frankston, Mornington and Seymour. When you make your appointment, indicate clearly where you would like to be seen. Click here to find out more about the different practice locations.
In order to obtain a rebate from Medicare you will need to have a referral to Prof Rombauts. Your GP may give you a 12 month or an indefinite referral. A referral from another specialist to Luk will last for only 3 months from the date of your first consultation. If you are seeking medical advice as a couple, it is a Medicare requirement that the names and dates of birth of both partners appear on referrals. Please bring the referral to your first appointment.

Test results and medications
Please bring along any results of blood tests and scans that you have. Also make sure you list all the medications that you are currently taking on the medical questionnaire. This includes regular medication for pain, contraception, asthma, depression and other conditions.
What to expect
When you explain the reason for your visit and the symptoms you are experiencing, Luk will gain a better understanding of your concerns. He will then review your medical questionnaire and any results you may have brought with you. He may ask your permission to perform a clinical examination. If you wish, you may bring a support person with you.
The consultation will be concluded with a discussion and what other tests may be required. These further results and possible treatment options will then be discussed at a review appointment.
